A Personal Note

It's been quite a wild ride...

My journey has led me from Allopathic Medicine to Holistic Care, from External Music to Internal Harmony, from Cerebral Studies to Spiritual Connection, from External Approval to Internal Knowing.

I journeyed far to find, what I sought was here all along!

I've learned I no longer need protected from other peoples' limitations.

I've learned that I don't have to suffer to be myself.

I've learned that I am responsible for creating my own life.

But most of all....

I've learned that being joyful is easier than being miserable.

Though it's taken years to get here,

One of the strangest things is realizing, that I never really left my path; It was all part of my journey.

I'm happy to say...that my joy now, comes from within. It's a choice I make every single day!

I'm excited to be given the opportunity for growth in a healthy and empowering way.

By no means did that come easy but I'm so grateful it arrived.

I'm here to be of service, to offer what I can, as humbly and as gently as I can.

I hope I am able to leave my path better than when I walked it. I hope to leave hope and joy in my wake.
